You can exchange your merchandise to our store up to 30 days from the item's ship date. Items must be unworn/unused with original tags and labels.
Please contact our Customer Service at 540-604-9740 or [email protected] in order to obtain a Return Authorization Approval. Items returned without prior approval will not be refunded. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Item must be in unused, in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Gift cards are nonrefundable/non-returnable.
